Tuttle is "rope artist Piece" which consists of 3 inches clothesline good use of tax money?

That's all it is – 3 "Clothesline nailed to the wall. The National Gallery has this piece of" art "and spends a fortune to maintain and protect. The majority of contemporary art does not seem a bad joke, but taxpayers who pay a fortune for it.

As a petty bourgeois who would have to agree that much of modern art in the program is garbage without talent. I wonder how the Mona Lisa was seen at the time? How these creations can be seen in 100 years or in 50? If the National Gallery for example, only spend on items that have great appeal? I would say yes, but maybe its a good job its not up to me.
