Jeff Koons in Ukraine presents new sculptures Dover native Jeff Koons presented two sculptures in the Pinchuk Art Centre in Kiev, Ukraine on Friday. Koons was in New York April 11 to accept the Distinguished Arts Award during the Governor's Arts Awards at the Strand Capitol Performing Arts Center.
