About Molly Larkey I Want to be artist
Molly Larkey of The Revolutionary playfully incorporates elements of formalist abstraction with its symbolic subject. Constructed from a variety of materials, Larkey gives her sculpture a paint treatment of the rainbow of bright colors, each component processing raw carved as a monument upside down, prompting the modernist art history and hippie psychedelia. With its theatrical, Larkey frames these disparate ideas as humorously dysfunctional; on the dynamics power with the festivity of the activity of the bases.
